Delete your
account
Kudo Fit is developed by Lincoln Solutions FZCO. You can delete your Kudo Fit account and the data linked to it at any time, from the app or by email. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
In the app
- Open Kudo Fit and sign in.
- Go to You, then Settings.
- Tap Account, then Delete account.
- Confirm. You will be signed out and your account will be deleted.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address linked to your account:
Use the subject "Delete my Kudo Fit account" and include the name on your profile. If you signed up with a phone number, include that number. We may ask you to confirm the request before we delete anything, and we will reply within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your profile, including name, photo, email address and phone number
- Activities you recorded, including routes, stats and health data such as heart rate
- Posts, comments, kudos and share cards
- Events you created and your place in events you joined
- Your club memberships, buddies and followers
- Your points balance and unredeemed rewards
This is completed within 90 days of your request. Data is removed from backups as they are routinely replaced during that period.
What we keep
- Messages in crew chats stay visible to the people you sent them to, shown without your name or photo.
- Records of rewards you redeemed are kept for up to 2 years so we and our partners can handle disputes and fraud.
- Information we must keep by law, or need to resolve an open dispute or investigation, is kept only for as long as that requires.
